People should be free to choose what is best for themselves as long as they do not infringe on the rights of others to do the same. I created this blog to discuss issues I have with big government, liberal media, and to talk about my support for capitalism and the Iraq War.

Best part of the article
"The wealthiest Americans continue to pay their fair share. According to IRS data, the top 1 percent paid about 36.89 percent and the top 5 percent paid 57.13 percent of federal personal income taxes in 2004 (the most recent data available).
By comparison, in 1999 the top 1 percent paid 36.18 percent and the top 5 percent paid 55.45 percent of federal personal income taxes.
In 2004, the bottom 50 percent paid just 3.30 percent of all personal income taxes versus 1999, when they paid 4 percent.
It doesn’t even make sense. Why would the economy grow and expand when people are left to do things their way at the cost of government having more resources to direct economic growth. Massive multifarious economies are much to complex to be stimulated into grown by the selfish actions of over 300 million people. Because of the complexity, such economies can only possibly grow when really smart experts develop algorithms that dictate how all the resources of an economy should be distributed to not only insure proper distribution but to stimulate growth. Thus I find this whole article to be bullshit. There is no possible way that reducing the government’s cohort of experts power to stimulate the economy through taxation and redistribution could possibly be beat out by giving those resources back to the lay people. I mean seriously, lay people are so, so uneducated. They couldn’t possibly knows better for themselves than experts.
I expect better posts then this Diatribe.
