What’s remarkable about this story is that its taken from the small business perspective. This is an angle that is woefully underrepresented in the MSM.
You have a point that this is in part an anti minimum wage hike story. It will be interesting to see if these stories saturate the market as the federal hike gets closer to becoming law.
I still like the part where the story mentions that at current wage a server would have to work 10 hours to pay for slab of meat. Curse read meat for costing so much why cant cows eat more efficiently. Cows clearly hate the proletariat.
