Anti-Smokers Saving Lives

This should just be left up to the person or persons who own the buildings. They can determine if tenants are able to smoke. If your building is smoke free, and you have a problem with that - move somewhere that permits it. Or vice versa. How is this hard? Bring on the health care argument. I am really getting tired of people telling others how they NEED to live their lives. There is a moral superiority thing going on here and I will write about that soon.

I can't wait for the moral superiority argument.

In regards to the current argument, look only to the wise words of Darwin for resolution. We need not concern ourselves with whether smoking should be prohibtied since science is likely to invent a pill that makes nonsmokers immune to the effects of second hand smoking.

Are they required to take the pill? Or is it just something they can do if they feel like it?
