Well, clearly those religious displays can't go on in a government office; I guess it's just a question of whether a government-contracted business doing government work is considered a government office. I don't know how any of those laws work, but I'd be interested to know whether employees there are under the same mandates for worker safety/hiring practices/ etc as government employees in the same job.
