ACLU Is At It Again

This time taking on sexual activity in public bathrooms.

"In an effort to help Sen. Larry Craig, the American Civil Liberties Union is arguing that people who have sex in public bathrooms have an expectation of privacy."

And if I'm next door to Senator Craig dropping the kids off at the pool, shouldn't I have that same reasonable expectation of privacy?

Let me throw curveballs in peace!

Really, there aren't THAT many Republican Senators so this shouldn't be that big of an issue (I couldn't resist myself and had to get in a little swipe there).

This is the best line:

"The ACLU also noted that Craig was originally charged with interference with privacy, which it said was an admission by the state that people in the bathroom stall expect privacy."

Whatever your moral stance on the issues at hand may be, I'm glad someone is trying to make sure that the legal system follows it's own laws.
