20th Chicago Public School Student Killed This Year
This is getting out of control. This number just reflects those that have been killed. Numerous others have been shot. Of course community leaders and politicians are crying out for stricter gun laws. The problem with that is these guns are not purchased legally. Kids are getting them off the street. So my solution = Encourage Fighting. Whether it is boxing or street fighting. We need some sanctioned ass whipping. Remember when problems with kids were solved by getting into a fight after school. Whatever happend to that? Now it has become more cool to get a gun and destroy lives. With a fight you both live to see another day. Any other suggestions?

How about knitting? I very rarely see a gun whipped out over a misplayed purl stitch.
I think it's a great idea. Boys get pissed off, and sometimes need to fight. A black eye is a hell of a lot better than a dead kid.
