People should be free to choose what is best for themselves as long as they do not infringe on the rights of others to do the same. I created this blog to discuss issues I have with big government, liberal media, and to talk about my support for capitalism and the Iraq War.

Don't worry, just wait until the RNC and we'll hear about how John McCain is the man to keep America safe even though there hasn't been a terrorist attack on American soil since 9/11.
It's called rhetoric, politicians use it. The American public falls for it.
A big part of it is the housing crash, which is really hurting alot of people despite whatever else the economy may be doing. When Ana and I moved to CA one year ago, the cheapest little 800 sq. ft. house within an hour of our work cost over $500,000, and we had to rent. Now we're looking to buy a house, because everything is selling for $175000-$250,000, and at every single place we've been to visit, the house is on the market as a short-sell because the bank forced the residents to sell (short sell = more money left on the mortgage than the current value of the home). It really is ruining a lot of family's dreams and causing alot of discontent.
