People should be free to choose what is best for themselves as long as they do not infringe on the rights of others to do the same. I created this blog to discuss issues I have with big government, liberal media,and to talk about my support for capitalism and the Iraq War.

The explanaion is pretty clearly that the cops hate this family and decided to arrest this guy just becuase they can. This case doesn'thave any broader implications unless he's actually convicted, but I assume that the first DA to look at this will say that this is stupid and decline to prosecute. Until there;s a conviction, this is really more a story about corrupt and unchecked police power than it is a story of judicial supidity.
I agree with Darwin you can never trust the guys with the guns. If they simply hate you they can abuse you.
