What about the Psychological harm to the principal?

Unlike the kids who are forced to attend school, he can leave.

But anyway, the scary thing about this ruling is they didn't overturn the original ruling which prosecuted the girl because her writings were 'obscene', but rather said that they were protected as political speech. Assumedly that means that the posting still would have been illegal if it hadn't been political... meaning that any 'obscene' material posted on the internet is still prosecutbale?

I dunno, scary.

Then you would advocate as a way of preventing children from psychological harm is to provide them with many different schools they may choose the one that will do the least amount of psychological harm.

That is to say you support priviatizing education.
